Kelly has 13 years experience working in the field of employment counselling and has privately owned & operated Lakes District Employment & Career Services since its conception in 2002.

As a Certified Career Development Practitioner, Kelly provides a wide range of employment related services including Employment Consulting Services. As a certified Job Club Facilitator, certified Essential Skills Trainer, Personality Dimensions Facilitator she also provides Job Search Strategies & Interview Prep workshops.

Her vast knowledge of Community & Government Programming enables her to work well with both clients and agencies in her community. Kelly takes pride in the fact that her agency provides an enhanced level of service to those who are experiencing the challenges of unemployment.

TJ Anderson

Office Administrator

TJ has been employed as an Administrative Assistant since obtaining her Applied Business Technology certificate in 2000. In 2002 she became part of the Lakes District Employment & Career Services team.

TJ is generally the first person you see and provides a warm welcome to client's both new and existing, entering our agency. TJ provides our community and client's with helpful information regarding services and programs, great customer service.

Rose Seminuk

Employment Counsellor

Rose is an Employment Counsellor. Rose assists clients in identification of barriers to employment, setting goals and creating mutually agreed upon back to work action plans.

Rose is the initial counselling contact when client's wish to use services other than self-assisted services. After the initial interview it is determined what the next step is to assist the client to successfully enter the labour market.

Rose also assists the clients with job search techniques and employment info.

Debbie Chaisson

Employment Assistant / Receptionist

Debbie has worked for the agency for the past 6 years providing support and assistance to our counsellors and our clients.

Debbie's core responsibilities consists of providing customer service over our front counter, information on services and programs, answering client inquiries, conducting follow up sessions with clients and performing a variety of general office duties.
